Randy Kaiser is the founder of K4 Advising. He is a retired Criminal Investigator with the Texas Department of Public Safety. He has devoted most of his career to battling crimes against children. With over a decade of law enforcement experience, he specializes in trauma-informed practices, including education seminars, interviewing strategies, and resource development.
Andy obtained his Master's of Criminal Justice degree in 2014 and has worked in law enforcement for over 19 years in a variety of capacities. Most of those roles were as an investigator involving sex crimes. The last five years he has worked to support local, state, and federal law enforcement efforts as a digital forensic examiner. Andy

Ian received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from Baylor University in Waco Texas. While at Baylor Ian was a Defensive Tackle for the Baylor Bears from fall 2002- fall 2004. He has worked with youth since 2006 as a camp counselor and primary school P.E. teacher. He has worked with at-risk youth since 2011 in

He has worked with at-risk youth since 2011 including 8+ years at the Methodist Children's Home in Waco Texas and he worked as part of the Texas Model Implementation team for the Texas Juvenile Justice Department implementing trauma informed practices across the state as well as supervising the Youth Engagement/Activities Program.
